Property is our passion. Regency Lettings & Property Management is an independent letting agent offering a bespoke lettings and property management service that focuses completely on our clients' needs, based in our converted barn offices in Chiddingfold village, Surrey, GU8.

We cover the GU8, GU27, GU28, GU29 and RH14 areas, including the villages of Chiddingfold, Hambledon, Brook, Grayswood, Witley, Wormley, Milford, Elstead and Dunsfold, and the wider Godalming, Haslemere and Petworth areas.

Formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett, Regency Lettings & Property Management continues to excel in meeting the needs of its clients, both landlord and tenant alike. All of our services are provided in-house, offering a single, convenient point of contact and dedicated, efficient management that puts your needs to the fore.

We also offer an out-of-hours service, so that no matter where you are, you can feel assured that your interests are being taken care of.

We take care of tenant find, rent collection and overall management in-house. All our contractors are local and trusted, and we do not factor out our property management.
