Our service to corporate and overseas landlords is built around clear communication, dependable management and proper handling of your tax obligations. We ensure all rents are received on time and that your properties are managed to the quality standard you expect, with bespoke reporting to suit your requirements.

Though living at a distance, you will nonetheless expect the same standard of bespoke service, the same high quality of property management, and the same excellent levels of communication. We are highly experienced in handling complex portfolios for overseas and corporate landlords, and our out of hours communications mean we can answer many of your queries no matter where you are in the world.

Handling your taxation obligations

  • We will pay you rent without deductions where you are registered under the Non-resident Landlord (NRL) Scheme.
  • We can assist you in setting up your NRL Scheme registration where you are not yet registered.
  • If applicable, we ensure the correct level of tax is deducted from your rental income.
  • If deductions can be reduced, we advise you how this can be done.
  • We pay the tax to HMRC on your behalf and report to you, if applicable.
  • We provide detailed landlord statements using Veco, a full double-entry, ICS / ARLA / CNR compliant accounts system.
  • We can provide tax reports, income and expenditure, nominal and balance sheet reports for you or your accountants.

Landlord Rent Recovery & Legal Guarantee

We are able to offer a rent guarantee service, through our policy with HomeLet, to provide:

  • Missed rental payments paid for up to 15 months, up to a £50,000 limit.
  • Continued cover when vacant possession is obtained for up to three months at 75%.
  • Up to £100,000 of cover for professional and legal services and claim costs.
  • Expert support when you need it most.

The rent guarantee service is available for rents up to £3,500 pcm (rents in excess of £3,500 pcm need underwriter approval) on managed properties, and can be paid monthly or annually. For full details, see our Rent Recovery & Legal Guarantee brochure (PDF).
