Valissa founded Regency Lettings & Property Management in 1996 and has led the company ever since, building a bespoke lettings and property management service handled entirely in-house from our converted barn offices in Chiddingfold. She works closely with landlords and tenants alike, taking personal care of everything from tenant find and rent collection through to full management and the letting of executive rental properties. Landlords consistently praise her hands-on, personal approach, with many trusting her to look after their portfolios and tenants for well over a decade.
